MORROW is located at 10 Coleman Street, Longevity World, Singapore 179809, Level 2.
Currently, you may head over to Level 3 of Grand Park City Hall Hotel to access MORROW.

When does MORROW open?
MORROW is open now. We operate daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm at 10 Coleman Street. Book a tour or speak with a membership consultant to get started.
What’s the difference between the MORROW memberships?
MORROW programmes differ by the level of access to movement spaces, guided sessions, recovery services, and member experiences. Each tier supports different training frequencies, recovery needs, and levels of structure. You can start with what fits your lifestyle now and adjust as your needs evolve.
Do I need to cancel my existing gym or studio memberships?
No. Many members continue activities they already enjoy while using MORROW as the place where their health data, training, recovery, and expert guidance come together. MORROW can complement an existing routine while adding greater structure, interpretation, and measurable progress over time.
How is MORROW different from other gyms or fitness providers?
MORROW integrates training, recovery, and health insight into one cohesive experience, grounded by lifestyle medicine. Programmes are guided by qualified coaches and supported by optional health screenings through MORROW Medical on Level 3.
What’s not included in MORROW?
Medical consultations, specialised screening panels, selected advanced recovery services, personal training, and other add-ons may be charged separately unless they are expressly included in your programme.
MORROW Medical services are provided and billed separately from Level 2 programme services.
How do bookings and class access work?
Sessions are booked through the MORROW member platform on desktop or mobile. Capacity is managed to ensure a high-quality experience for all members.
Is parking available at MORROW?
Yes. Parking is available at Grand Park City Hall, with access to B1 and B2. The car park has 106 lots, including four electric vehicle charging lots and two accessible parking lots.
What are the parking charges?
From 7:00 a.m. to 5:59 p.m., parking is charged at S$4.36 for the first 30 minutes, followed by $2.18 for every subsequent 30 minutes.From 6:00 p.m. to 6:59 a.m., parking is S$6.00 per entry.Prices include prevailing taxes.
Are parking coupons available for MORROW members?
Parking coupons may be available through MORROW. Please check with our team in advance for availability and applicable rates.
How far in advance should I request a parking coupon?
Please contact the MORROW team in advance if you require a parking coupon, as processing may take a few working days.
