Your Treatment Journey
Every HBOT session is carefully guided to ensure your comfort, safety and experience. From preparation through to recovery, our team is with you every step of the way, allowing you to relax while your body benefits from increased oxygen delivery.

1
Prepare
Your session begins with a brief safety screening and guidance from a trained specialist. You'll enter the chamber fully clothed, settle into a comfortable reclining chair, and be fitted with an oxygen mask before the session begins.
2
Experience
Relax in the pressurised chamber for a 60-minute session while breathing pure oxygen. Throughout your treatment, our team continuously monitors and communicates with you to ensure your comfort and safety.
How it may feel:
Relax in a quiet chamber while breathing pure oxygen through a mask. As the pressure increases, you may notice a brief fullness in your ears, similar to air travel, before settling into a calm, restful experience. Many members leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and mentally clear.*

3
Recover
Once your session is complete, the chamber is gradually depressurised before you step out and continue with your day. Many members leave feeling refreshed and ready to return to work, training or their usual activities.

FAQs
What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) involves resting in a pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen-rich air.
The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your blood plasma, which supports tissue oxygenation and may support recovery depending on individual circumstances.
What are its main benefits?
People often use HBOT to support recovery and overall wellness.
In medical settings, it’s used for specific, approved conditions under clinical supervision. For general wellness goals, experiences can vary from person to person. We focus on keeping expectations realistic and tailoring usage to what you’re hoping to achieve.
How long is each session?
Sessions typically last 60 minutes.
Is it safe for everyone?
Not everyone will be suitable for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Before your session, you'll complete a safety screening, and clinical clearance may be required. The treatment may not be appropriate for people with certain ear or sinus conditions, recent chest problems, an untreated pneumothorax, or those taking certain medications. If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, please speak with a clinician before treatment.
Can I use devices or read inside the chamber?
For your comfort, Netflix is available on the in-chamber television, and a selection of books is provided during your session. Personal devices, including phones, laptops, smartwatches and earbuds, are not permitted for safety reasons.
How often should I do HBOT?
Frequency depends on your goals.
Many people begin with 1–2 sessions per week for a series of 5–10 sessions, then adjust based on how they feel and what they’re working toward.
Is HBOT included in programme or à la carte?
It is included in some programme packages and is also available à la carte.
You can check your MORROW app or speak with our team for the latest inclusions and pricing.
Safety note: HBOT changes pressure in the body and requires proper screening—always follow staff guidance and seek clinician advice if you have medical concerns.
