MORROW Member Referral Promotion

1. Promotion Duration

This Promotion shall run from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026, unless otherwise extended by Management.

Management reserves the right to extend the duration of this Promotion, amend its terms, suspend it, or withdraw it at its discretion.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion applies only to referrals made by existing MORROW members who hold an active MORROW facility

membership (Empower, Optimise or Elevate) at the time the reward is issued, in relation to the successful purchase of an eligible MORROW membership by a net-new referred person.


Members who do not hold an active MORROW facility membership are not eligible to earn a referral reward under this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes MORROW Medical members who do not also hold an active facility membership, as there is no facility membership term to extend.


This Promotion does not apply to referrals for medical services, wellness services, personal training, workshops, retail, food and beverage, or any other non-membership product or service, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company in writing.


For the purposes of this Promotion, a referred person shall be treated as having successfully purchased a MORROW membership only when the applicable membership agreement has been duly signed and the first successful membership payment has been collected by the Company.

3. Net-New Requirement

To qualify under this Promotion, the referred person must be a net-new lead to the Company. The referred person

must not already be recorded in the Company's CRM or lead database, whether as an existing member, an active pipeline contact, or a lead already attributed to any staff member, at the point the referral is submitted.


The Company shall check the referred person against the CRM before any reward qualifies. Where the referred person is not net-new, no reward shall arise under this Promotion.

4. Referral Submission Mechanics

For a referral to be recognised under this Promotion, the referring member must provide the referred person with the referrer's membership number. During the purchase process, the referred person must input the relevant membershipnnumber in the promo code field for the purpose of capturing and identifying the referral.


Verbal, retrospective, informal, late, or undocumented referrals shall not be recognised.


A referral shall not be recognised where: (a) the referral cannot be matched to a valid membership number entered by the referred person at the point of purchase; (b) the referred person is not net-new to the CRM in accordance withbClause 3; (c) the required promo code or membership number process was not properly followed; or (d) the Company determines that the referral was manipulated or otherwise does not qualify under this Promotion.

5. Referrer Reward

Where a valid referral under this Promotion results in the successful purchase of an eligible MORROW membership by a net-new referred person, the referring member shall be granted a one (1) month extension of their existing MORROW facility membership tier.

Empower members receive a one (1) month extension on the Empower tier.

Optimise members receive a one (1) month extension on the Optimise tier.

Elevate members receive a one (1) month extension on the Elevate tier.

For the avoidance of doubt, the reward is an extension of the referrer's existing tier only. No cross-tier upgrade,

promotional membership, or substitute benefit is granted under this Promotion.


Reward commencement: Any one (1) month membership extension granted under this Promotion shall commence only after the expiry of the referrer's existing membership term.

6. Referred Person: Joining Fee Waiver

Where a valid referral under this Promotion results in the successful purchase of an eligible MORROW membership, the referred person shall be eligible for a joining fee waiver of S$500, subject to the Company's final validation and determination.


The Company reserves the right to withhold, reject, reverse, or cancel such joining fee waiver where the referral is later found to be invalid, manipulated, incomplete, not net-new, or otherwise not in accordance with this Promotion.

7. Free-Look Period and Reward Commencement

In accordance with applicable CaseTrust requirements, the referred person shall be entitled to terminate their

membership within five (5) working days from the date of membership activation, defined as the date physical access to the facility is granted.


Any reward under this Promotion shall be confirmed and issued only after the referred person has completed the

applicable CaseTrust free-look period. Where the referred person withdraws during the free-look period, the associated sale shall be treated as not completed for the purposes of this Promotion, and no reward shall arise. Where a reward has already been issued, the Company reserves the right to reverse it.

8. Reward Issuance, Validation, and No Cash Alternative

Any reward or joining fee waiver under this Promotion shall only be issued after the Company has verified that: (a) the referral is valid and captured in accordance with Clause 4; (b) the referred person is net-new in accordance with Clause 3; (c) the referred person has successfully purchased an eligible MORROW membership; and (d) the applicable free-look period has been completed.


Unless otherwise determined by the Company in writing, any reward granted under this Promotion, including any

membership extension or joining fee waiver, shall not be exchangeable for cash, credit, refund, or any other substitute benefit.

9. Sales Handling

Where a referred lead is handled by a MORROW Sales Consultant, the sale shall be treated as a standard MORROW membership sale. Any commission arising shall be governed entirely by the applicable Consultant Monthly Commission Policy. No separate, additional, or referral-specific commission treatment arises under this Promotion.

10. Anti-Circumvention and Company Determination

No entitlement shall arise under this Promotion where, in the Company's reasonable determination, any person has manipulated referral records, membership numbers, promo code entries, CRM entries, net-new status, timing, or sales documentation, or has otherwise acted in a manner intended to circumvent the purpose or fair operation of this Promotion.


The Company reserves the right to determine: (a) whether a referral is valid; (b) whether the referred person is netnew; (c) whether a reward or joining fee waiver is payable or issuable; and (d) whether any manipulation has occurred. The Company's determination shall be final and binding.

11. Amendment, Extension, Suspension, or Withdrawal

This Promotion may be extended, amended, suspended, replaced, or withdrawn by the Company at any time. Where the Company determines that this Promotion is to end, be replaced, or otherwise discontinued, the Company may announce such change on such terms and timeline as it considers appropriate.
