Who can take part?
Better Together is for new MORROW members joining together. Everyone in the group must be purchasing a genuinely new membership. Existing members and renewals aren't eligible.
What makes a group?
A qualifying group is two or more people who join as a single booking, with the same membership consultant, and sign their membership agreements on the same calendar day. There's no maximum group size. Groups can't be put together after the fact by linking separate sign-ups.
How do I choose my membership?
Members of a group don't all need to join on the same tier. Each person can choose Empower, Optimise, or Elevate, and each person's reward applies to the tier they choose.
When do I need to sign and pay?
All agreements are signed on the same day. Each member's first payment is collected within seven days of signing, and each membership starts within seven days of signing.
What's my reward, and when do I get it?
Each qualifying member receives one complimentary month, given as a free thirteenth month on the tier they purchased, added after they complete their first twelve-month term. The reward is a membership month only, it can't be exchanged for cash, credit, a refund, a tier upgrade, or any other benefit.
What is the free-look period?
Each member has five working days from the start of their membership to change their mind (the CaseTrust free-look period). For a group's rewards to stand, at least two members need to stay past this period. If at least two members remain, everyone who stays keeps their complimentary month. If a group of two drops to one, the group no longer qualifies and the complimentary month doesn't apply. Anyone who withdraws during their own free-look period doesn't receive the reward.
Can I combine this with another promotion?
Better Together can't be combined with another MORROW promotion or offer on the same membership. If more than one could apply, MORROW will let you know which one does.
What counts as fair use?
This promotion is intended for genuine groups of new members joining together. We may decline or reverse a reward where a group doesn't meet these terms or appears to have been arranged to work around them. MORROW's decision on whether a group qualifies is final.
How long does the promotion run?
Better Together runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026. MORROW may extend, change, or end it, and the current terms will apply to groups who join while it's running.
