Simon Matthews oversees health coaching in MORROW’s Longevity Lifestyle programme. With 30+ years’ expertise in lifestyle medicine, psychology, fitness, and nutrition, he is a psychologist, triple Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, Health Coaching, and Hypnotherapy.

Claudia brings 16+ years’ experience across Raffles Hospital, MyDoc, Fullerton Health, and private practice, guiding over 10,000 people toward healthier eating habits and improved lives. What’s the difference between the MORROW memberships?
MORROW memberships differ in the range of access and inclusions across Movement zones, recovery spaces, and guided sessions. Each option is designed to support different training frequencies and recovery needs. You can start with the level that fits your lifestyle today, and adjust later as your needs evolve. Please refer to the comparison table above for full details.
Do I need to cancel my existing gym or studio memberships?
No. MORROW can complement what you already do. Many members continue with other activities they enjoy while using MORROW for structured training, recovery, or guided progression.
Where is MORROW located?
MORROW is located in central Singapore. Our exact address: 10 Coleman Street, Singapore 179809, at level 2. Parking is available at B1 and B2. The nearest MRT is City Hall MRT, and our building is located just behind Grand Park City Hall hotel.
When does MORROW open?
MORROW will begin welcoming members once the facility officially opens in the first half of 2026. Memberships are only activated when access starts, so you won’t be charged for time you can’t use.
How is MORROW different from other gyms or fitness providers?
MORROW goes beyond equipment and classes. Every experience is designed to integrate training, recovery, and health insights, supported by qualified coaches and optional clinical assessments through MORROW Medical, located on level 3. It’s a more intentional, supportive way to train — focused on long-term positive effects on your health, not just workouts.
What’s not included in MORROW?
MORROW focuses on guided group experiences and facility access, on level 2. Medical consultations, and advanced diagnostic assessments, such as MORROW Insights, are available separately for members who want deeper personalisation. MORROW Medical is located on level 3.
How do bookings and class access work?
Classes and facilities are booked through our member platform on our desktop or mobile, allowing you to plan sessions around your schedule. Availability is managed to ensure a quality experience for all members.
